Tiburtina station is the main terminal for buses coming from the rest of the region Lazio and other regions.

To enter the city, exit at Roma Nord if you come from the A1, Roma Est if you come from the south on the A1, from both exits you can reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Gra), ring road connecting the motorways and the state roads leading to Rome.

Leonardo da Vinci Airport – Fiumicino
It is the main airport in Rome and it is linked to the city by different trains, fast trains and trains calling at some stations. The fast train goes from Fiumicino to the Termini station in 30 minutes.At the Termni station, departure and arrival are on track 22.

Ciampino Airport
It is the second airport in Rome, mainly used for charter flights. It is linked to the city centre by a bus of the regional lines Cotral, departing every 30 minutes, and by the subway, line 1, from the Anagnina station.

Roma Termini station,
the fast trains, Intercity, Express, arrive at Termini station. From the square in front of the station buses leave to all directions, and there is the entrance of the subway, Lines A and B.

There are more than 200 lines of public buses, orange and blue, in service from 5.30 a.m . to midnight.
There are also the Fast Lines or Express Lines (green) travelling for long distances, the Exact lines with departure on schedule, the Electric Lines for the transportation in the city centre, the Night lines for transportation from midnight to 5.30 a.m. and lines for disabled people.

An original way to visit the city is on the ferryboat on the Tiber, the motorship Tiber, from November, departing at 10 a.m. 12.30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The tour lasts thirty minutes and boarding is near the bridge Umberto I and opposite Piazza Cavour, at the Scalo (port) de Pinedo.

There are many cycle tracks in the city and during holidays it is possible to carry bikes on the subway, line B and the Ferrovia Roma (Rome Railroad) – Lido di Ostia ( the Roman coastline) on the first wagon of every train.

Cabs in Rome are white or yellow and can be found all over the city, in special parking lots.

In Rome there are two lines, A and B, working from 5.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. (Saturday till 00.30), meeting at Termini station.
